Every NOURELLE wig is made from 100% human hair and hand-tied. The hair feels soft and natural, and you can wear, wash and style it just like your own.

No. Our wigs are glueless and are worn without any glue at all. Adjustable straps and combs inside the cap keep them securely in place – you put the wig on and you're ready in a few minutes.

Lace front means there is a fine lace along the front hairline, with every hair tied into it individually. This creates a natural transition to the forehead.

HD lace is especially thin and adapts to your skin tone, so it is barely visible on the skin. The hairline is already pre-plucked and the knots are bleached – for a look just like your own hair.

Worn daily and well cared for, usually one to two years. If you only wear it on special occasions, it will last considerably longer. You can find out how to extend its lifespan on our care page.

It all depends on your head circumference:

S 53–55.5 cm · M 55.5–58 cm · L 58–61 cm

Most of our clients wear M. The “Measure your size” guide on every product page shows you how to measure correctly. The measurement doesn't have to be exact to the millimetre – the cap can be adjusted with the straps.

The cap is light and breathable and sits comfortably on your head. Most clients get used to it very quickly.

Length: Most styles are available from 30 to 70 cm. Our bobs, Coco and Elsa, have a fixed length of 30 cm.

Density: You can choose 180, 220, 260, 300 or 350 g. 220 g is our standard density and the one you see in the product photos – visibly full without looking heavy. 180 g looks more natural; 260 to 350 g give noticeably more volume.

Under “Custom adjustments” on the product page, you can choose:

• Part depth: 10 cm included, or 15 cm (+€75) for more freedom when parting your hair
• Face framing: shorter, layered strands at the front that frame your face (+€45)
• Styled on delivery: straight or wavy – both included

Adjustments are ordered and paid for together with your wig.

Simply write your request in the “Notes / requests” field on the product page, or send us a message on WhatsApp. For requests that carry an extra charge – e.g. a V-cut (+€25) – we confirm the details with you personally before production and send you a separate payment link.

Yes. It's real hair – you can straighten, curl and style it with heat up to 230 °C. Always use a heat protectant, and go easy on the heat at the hairline.

Colouring it darker is possible. We don't recommend bleaching, as the hair has already been treated. Major colour changes should be done by a hairdresser with experience of wigs and hairpieces.

Less often than your own hair, because a wig doesn't pick up oil from your scalp. As a rule of thumb: after about 7–10 days of wear – sooner if you use a lot of styling products, wear it for sport or the weather is warm. You'll find a step-by-step guide on our care page.

Every wig is made for you. Production and shipping take around 21–25 working days in total. As soon as your wig is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number. Shipping is free and insured – to Germany and across the EU.
