General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the NOURELLE online shop (operated by Nourelle I/S). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process (“Pay now” in the English-language checkout), you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your cart. Receipt of your order is confirmed by an automated email immediately after the order has been submitted. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the contractual offer. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we expressly confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods.
The contract can be concluded in German or English.

4. Products and production
All NOURELLE wigs are made by hand after receipt of the order. From the order date, including production and shipping, the total delivery time is generally approx. 21–25 working days for delivery to Germany and approx. 23–28 working days for delivery to other member states of the European Union. Wigs marked as “available now” have already been made and are dispatched within 2–3 working days. All times stated are estimates.
Slight variations in colour and texture compared with the images are possible owing to the craftsmanship involved and the nature of human hair.

5. Prices and shipping
All prices include the statutory VAT of the respective country of delivery. Shipping to Germany and to all other member states of the European Union is free of charge. There is no minimum order value.
We deliver to Germany and to all other member states of the European Union.

6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. This applies to all wigs ordered directly in the online shop in the versions that can be selected there (length, density, cap size). Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
Exclusion for made-to-measure wigs: Wigs that are made to the customer's individual specifications and do not correspond to the standard range available for selection in the shop are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). We expressly point out this exclusion before the contract is concluded.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns are to be sent to: Nourelle, Düsseldorfer Straße 362, 47053 Duisburg, Germany.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Nourelle I/S until payment has been made in full.

8. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately at kontakt@nourelle.de.
NOURELLE is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory statutory provisions, in particular consumer protection law. If you order as a consumer, the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence remains unaffected.

10. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
